Software we publish
Long-lived products we own, ship, and support. Sold by subscription, kept on the roadmap.
We have published software since the company started, under our own name, on our own roadmap, with our own on-call rota. UMSxLMS, DigidocHub, and the BrollyHub apps are the visible part of this practice.
01 What you get
- 01
A product that exists in five years, not just at signature.
- 02
Quarterly releases governed by your council, not our marketing team.
- 03
A roadmap you sit on the steering committee for.
02 How we do it
Software we publish, in plainer English.
We publish software in our own name, own the roadmap, and stand behind the SLA. Our flagship lines are UMSxLMS, the university administration + learning platform, and DigidocHub, the electronic document system for educational institutions. Alongside, we publish the BrollyHub collaboration ecosystem. Long product lifecycles. Quarterly releases. UK-based engineering on call.
03 How an engagement runs
Indicative weeks · Confirmed in proposal| № | Phase | What happens | Weeks |
|---|---|---|---|
| 01 | Adoption | Migration from your incumbent vendor on a published timeline. | 8–16 |
| 02 | Operate | Hosted and run by us against a contracted SLA. UK on-call. | Ongoing |
| 03 | Co-roadmap | You sit on the product council. Quarterly releases on the calendar. | Ongoing |
We sign for the work, not the slide. If a client cannot tell what they are buying from a one-page proposal, we have not finished writing it.
