Accessibility statement

Our commitment to WCAG 2.2 AA across every page, every locale, every device.

.01

Our standard

lcfordevelopment.com is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, in every locale we publish. Selected high-traffic surfaces, the homepage, the contact page, every product detail page, meet AAA on contrast for body copy.

.02

What that means in practice

Every interactive element is reachable and operable from a keyboard alone, with a visible focus state.

Every image carries meaningful alt text, translated per locale, or is marked decorative where the absence of a description does not lose information.

Colour is never the sole signal of meaning.

Motion is muted automatically when your operating system is set to "reduce motion".

Pages are usable at 200% zoom on a 320px-wide viewport.

Forms surface validation errors in plain language, and we do not rely on placeholder text as a label.

.03

Tested against

Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit on the most recent two stable versions on macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.

VoiceOver, NVDA, and TalkBack against the navigation, the contact form, and every product page.

.04

If something does not work for you

Write to accessibility@lcfordevelopment.com with the page, the assistive technology you are using, and a short description. We will respond within five working days, and we will publish a fix on our regular weekly release cycle. If a fix needs longer, we will say so and give you a date.

.05

What we are still working on

Right-to-left support is implemented across the codebase but not yet exposed to users, Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, and Urdu locales arrive in the next phase. Long-form articles are tested for screen-reader navigation; we are improving the keyboard-only handling of the long-list product surfaces.
