Who we are
London Center for Development Limited ("LCFD", "we", "us") is a UK-incorporated technology firm registered in England and Wales, designing, building, and operating digital systems for institutional clients. Our registered office is in London, United Kingdom.

What this notice covers
This notice covers the personal data we process when you visit lcfordevelopment.com, when you use the contact form on this site, and when you correspond with us about the products or services we publish.
It does not cover the data processed inside UMSxLMS, DigidocHub, or the BrollyHub apps when you use them as a customer. Each of those products has its own contractual privacy posture, set out in the relevant agreement.
.03
What we collect on this website
When you submit the contact form: your name, organisation, email address, the body of your message, and the intent label you selected.
When you browse: aggregate, cookieless analytics through Plausible, request URL, referrer, viewport, country (resolved from IP and not stored), and session count. We do not set advertising cookies. We do not fingerprint.
Server logs from our hosting layer retain IP and request metadata for thirty days for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
.04
How we use it
To respond to the message you sent us, and to follow up on it.
To understand which pages are read and which routes are taken, at the level of "this page had N readers", never at the level of an identified individual.
To detect and respond to abuse, and to keep this website online.
.05
Who we share it with
Our transactional email provider (Resend), which delivers the message you submit through the contact form to the relevant LCFD inbox.
Our anti-abuse provider (Cloudflare Turnstile), which verifies that the form submission is not automated.
Our analytics provider (Plausible), which processes traffic counts in the European Union.
No advertising network, ever.
.06
Where we store it
In the United Kingdom or the European Union by default. The transactional email layer briefly transits a US-based provider before delivery; that is a Standard Contractual Clauses transfer with no resting storage.
.07
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages: until the conversation has concluded, and then for a further twelve months for audit purposes. After that, the message is deleted.
Aggregate analytics: indefinitely, in non-identifying form.
Server logs: thirty days.

You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
